Dean has a secret he has been keeping from Sam. He has been in love with his brother for years and for years Dean has been dealing with his sinful desires, punishing himself for them, by having rough sex with random men. Asking them to hurt him, hoping if he hurts himself enough, it will make him no longer desire his younger brother. But when Dean is hurt badly enough to need to go to the hospital, Sam finally realizes something is seriously wrong with his brother.
