Basic premise is, shortly before Dean's deal came due, he and Sam became lovers. Then, of course, Dean went to hell and four months have gone by.
Now Dean is back, and Sam thinks their relationship will more or less pick up where it left off, but Dean doesn't want that anymore. Maybe because he thought he was going to hell anyway he had nothing left to loose, but now that he's back he's afraid to continue that relationship with his brother. Not only afraid of sending himself back to hell, but dragging his brother down there with him.
Angst ensues.
