Kinda starting to enjoy boredom. Get the most interesting plot bunnys, hehe, so here's another one.

We all know how Azazel, aka The Yellow Eyed Demon, breaks into the Winchester's home when Sam is only six months old, feeding the baby his blood, in the hopes of turning him and other children like him into super human soldiers/leaders for the Demon Army he is massing. However he is interrupted by Mary, and kills her.

In this bunny however it is not John who arrives in Sam's room first after his wife screams, but his 4 year old son Dean who can only watch helplessly his mother being murdered by the demon.

(I've always believed Sammy was the demon's 'favorite' because of something to do with Mary. Its obvious she knew Azazel somehow, and he went through a lot of trouble afterwards, killing off everyone who knew her after she died. I believe somehow Mary's sons are special, both Sam AND Dean, even without the demon's meddling.)

The demon, realizing he has the perfect opportunity to have BOTH Mary's sons, takes Dean away with him. Leaving Sam, who John finds along with his dead wife before the nursery goes up in flames. John cannot find Dean anywhere and is forced to flee the house to save Sam. Believing both his wife and his first born died in the flames.

Eventually John learns the truth from Missouri, and becomes a hunter, and sets out for revenge against the demon who killed his wife and son. Training Sam as well as best he can.

(Sam's upbringing most likely is a lot more harsh without Dean there, and the falling out he eventually has with his father probaby happens much sooner)

Unable to take it anymore, Sam leaves the hunt, and his father, forever when he turns 16. It has been years since they've seen or talked to each other at all, but then one day out of the blue Sam receives a frantic call from his father. Hunters have been dying left and right. John's, and Sam's, friends are being systematically executed. Not by a demon, or monster, but by a human working on the demon's side. He tells Sam he knows who it is, because HE's being hunted now.

And the demon's hunter name is Dean Winchester.

Together Sam and John manage to capture Dean, but of course he has no idea who they are or who he was before he was 'adopted' by the Demon. He only knows what his 'father' taught him and his only real desire is to obey his father and kill the hunters as he ws ordered to do.

(I can't imagine being raised by a demon would have been in any way a healthy or nurturing enviornment, Sam and John have a lot of work to do.)

Sam at first has no feelings for this 'stranger' who his father claims to be his brother, and he definately has no wish to return to the hunt. But after a while he can't help but feel close to this person he's never met before. Closer than he feels for his father, at least, even though the other man wants to KILL him. Because even though they were never together, being Mary's sons there was always a strong 'bond' that existed between them that couldn't be broken. Sam soon realizes that some of the dreams he has been having his whole life, that he thought were simply nighmares, were really about this man, his brother. And the bond is only growing stronger now that they are together again.

Can Sam and John find a way to break through years of brainwashing and abuse inflicted by the demon on Dean? Or will they be forced to kill Dean before he kills them?

Okay, totally newbie here so how do like to approach a roleplay? And do we both handle John when he comes into play?

If you like we can chat and plot a bit, exchange ideas. I've got a lot of ideas for this one, been looking forward to it for a while I can go first too, no problem, then we can wing it from there. As for John I play him in a couple other RP's and have grown rather fond of him, so I don't mind playing him. If you'd like to have a try at him too though we can switch off.

My evil little mind has been rolling through a lot of possibilities as well. I don't mind handling John either. I write other fanfic (though this would be my first role play, obviously) and am inside John's head a lot. Even so, you're welcome ot handle him more often since I need to get my feet under me on this. We can just play it by ear regarding John.

We seem to keep different hours based upon when you post. When would be a good time for us to chat? Do we chat through this site or otherwise? Where are you located? I'm in Texas, Central Standard time. For me, this is 10 am. I'm generally available to play any time between 4 pm until 10 or 11 pm on most days.

Well, the great thing about a set up like this is you and your partner don't really need to be online at the same time to write together. They can read and write at their own convienence and you can read and post at a later time when its convienent for you

I'm on the east coast, but I'm normally on evenings till early morning. Sometimes that will change depending on my sleep schedule which gets turned around a lot lol. I might be a little absent for the next few days tho since my current classes are ending and new ones are starting up this week, so I'll be a little busier than normal.

As far as chatting and plotting, there are several options. We can use the Private Message feature on the board to go back and forth, or email. There is also the board chatroom if we're on at the same time, or instant messenger. I am on MSN and Yahoo my info is on my member page

Although I have yahoo, I'm rarely signed in. I can start signing in to MSN. I'm with gmail and have that too.
Since we seem to be hit and miss with each other right now, email sounds good unless we do happen to be on together and can IM each other. I'm assuming you can see my email address? Why don't you let me know all your evil thoughts and plans and we can start working out the arc of the story.
